Added to the well documented sluggish UI, dire app selection, reception problems, it's a turd of a phone, which considering Nokia are promoting as their flagship is not good.
My advice, steer well clear of Windows Phone. This time next year it's going to be as relevant as WebOS.

Google's didn't really change over the last week, but Oracle's continued to slide. I think that pretty much sums things up. Oracle so far are the losers, and the liklihood of the Judge calling API's copyright-able after the EU have just ruled they aren't are pretty much non-existant.

Nintendo won't be making very much at all from 3rd parties.
Aside from Mario, WiFit, WiSport and Zelda, eveything on the Wii sucks, and consumers simply aren't interested in buying yet more turd games.
In other words, Nintendo HAVE to make a profit on the hardware, as they won't make be making much back from 3rd party devs.
