Also rem playing a game at primary school where the plot was u got shrunk inside the computer and had to solve puzzles etc to get out.. have no idea what its called any ideas?
I get handed a lot of old pcs that are about 5 years old all really need wiping and i just give them away to people who have young kids so they can use them instead of the kids destroying there swanky new laptop.
Mind you my next door neighbour still has his Dos3.2 running on his box with word star
He recently asked me to source two 5 n quarter inch drives which i got for free both work fine.
Only probs got now is his printer is playing up so any one with a old printer and centronics connector on the back and want to give it a new home let me know ta...
On a different note i still have my work Amiga 1200 68040 Tower running oddly enough.....
Does this mean If you work with children in one area you get a CRB that’s fine BUT if u go to some where else to volunteer you wont have to have another sodding CRB check..
Seems stupid you have to have one for everything you do lol..
Speaking of bloatware.. Norton Antivirus or 360 what ever the hell its cuased.. they do a crap job most pcs i get for repair ahve this bloatware installed... uninstall wack on avg or something similar and the system has a speed increase of 50%!!
