Unless things have changed again, corkscrews are allowed on US aircraft. Pity, you can have a tool, but not the means for properly benefiting from correct tool usage.
Sure, we will have TSA approved laptop cases-----but wait , if we standardize all airport locations for inspection, then the bad guys will know what to do as they come into the airport security.
