Are we going to ban bio fuels? Becuase if farmers can make more money selling crops for fuel rather than food that's the only way to stop them.
It seems the issue is not biofuels being inherently evil (much as I know the reg despises anything that may be good for the environment) but that the increases in oil prices have made previously unprofitable crop uses the cheaper option.
For most gamer type games a touch screen control pad would be awful, vibrating feedback or not. For casual games the price is likely to be too high.
Is the thing going to have a big screen for decent graphics and be too big for a phone or is it going to be a pocket sized phone with a screen too small to game with?
Will it be backwards compatable to the current PSP and need a UMD drive making it bulky and a battery hog or will everyone have to buy their games all over again?
I've just weighed my Wiimote and done the maths, that's the equivilent of a 14.6 mph impact. I suspect the kind of Wii Sports Baseball related incident this is designed to protect against happens far faster than that.
When can we expect the regional encoding (one of the superior features that helped the film studios side with BluRay) start appearing on discs and the good old $1 to £1 excange rate imposed on future releases?
Still hopefully multi region players might be available by the time we're all forced to upgrade our players to something that runs the 2.0 spec (assuming the DRM in the system even allows multi region players).
Right now we seem to be heading towards having the iPlayer downloads removed completely from the majority of computer users to satisfy a small minority.
