The Wii control system is not much different to what has been done before.
The technology is old and easy to duplicate. You could give easily an xbox360 or ps3 the same control with something as simple USB plug in.
The PS3 is not more powerful than an XBOX360 it uses an nvidia 7900 GPU. The original spec release of the PS3 was boasting performance figures that in the real world it’s not reaching half that level.
I think that around February the Wii sales will hit a wall. Maybe it's just my Wii but i've found it extremely in-accurate and glitchy.
And I am positive that there will be a drought of games for the wii in 2008
