Bean Pod allows runners, walkers and speed steppers to use their Nike+ sensor on any other footwear, from mud-encrusted Hi-Tech …
Yeah but Nike already canabalised their market with their Nike Running Show Wallet (http://tr.im/gJox) for £10 and doesn't require lacing, but simply slides onto the shoe. I recommend it with my Asics.
These have been around for years... careful with the calibration though as moving the transmitter even a small amount where it is positioned on the shoe can wildly alter the distance it thinks it has travelled... quite depressing when your 6 mile run reports as just under 2!
